Don Vong

 

Admitted in Hong Kong in 1997 and in England and Wales in 2001, Don obtained his degree from the University of London and practiced law at a medium sized local firm and at an international law firm practising corporate, media and business technology law before establishing Vongs.  

 

Don has extensive experience in advising both start up and multi-nationals in corporate and technology related matters as well as takeovers.

Carmen K.M. Wong

 

Admitted in Hong Kong in 2002, Carmen obtained her law degree from the University of Hong Kong and her masters degree from the University of Southampton on maritime law. Carmen specialises in corporate and commercial law, and advises on cross border and international transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, compliance issues etc.
 
Prior to joining Vongs, Carmen worked in well known local and international law firms.
